Nature of transaction: Grant of Options, Grant of Rights. Hundreds of thousands for each insider, about 3 million total, or more. Josh received rights, options plus warrants and 304,000 acquired in the open market x $0.52.

Not a fan either but don't you think the valuation ATM is very low? - 30 cents cash + 15 cents shares in waskahigan buyer ( assume double there), + ??? book value of lands acquired and infrastructure, and whatever value the new management team can create.
