"Bottom-fishing" is for suckers. Investors buy upside trends and we are on a positive upside trend. Besides, a 0.25% rise (that's one quarter of one per cent) doesn't scare anyone. We are also in a Cndn. "bull market" in spite of a sucked-out Energy Market, nice to see...
