I'm outI sold all my RNW in order to buy ALA as it got whacked today dropping 4% and is a super bargain. It has more growth potential than RNW and Yahoo Finance has an average target price for ALA of $18.53 which gives it an appreciation potential of 25% from the current price vs. only 11% for RNW. It also has an excellent dividend yield at 6.5% only slightly less than RNW. RNW is still a good stock to hold but I think ALA is a better bet at today's price.
Now I'm sure Red Deer will waste no time in beating me up for "doing a 180" which is what he calls selling a stock, as he marries every stock he buys and never sells it as I have stated before. Well, I think that is a strategy for idiots, which is what he is.
