Thanks for the excellent worked scenarios!

Certainly seems logical to me to hold RNW and wait for the final buyout!

I was curious to know if TA was legally entitled to buy shares of RNW on the market ... using some of the cash allocated for the buyout ... or if this would be prohibited under "blackout" provisions. If this was allowed and they did indeed purchase RNW shares "in advance" that could result in the remaining RNW shareholders receiving >50% TA shares in exchange. Just speculating!
