quarter expected, not all too suprising give nthe fall from $14.50 to $10 BEFORE q3 came out.  they liked it at $14.50, got to love it at $9.90!  They are vulnerable to many a vulture....

for a while....takeout offer was the best thing to happen here in a long time, but it was blocked.  so will rona be a good turnaround story or not so as to garner a takeout one day into the ...more

Thanks for the analysis, but be prepared for fairly poor numbers in 2 weeks, in part because slowing housing starts in Canada. Recent initiatives by the federal government to cool the housing market ...more

Hostile bid coming?

Lowe's going to go hostile?  $16?  Canadian Tire could do the same........i don't consider the U.S a foreigner so the risk/reward at 10.25 is very very good.....

Yes. Lowes next smart option would be to look for smaller parts in Canada  .... maybe Kent's in Atlantic Canada .... and build select big boxes where appropriate.  Consider buying LOW ...more
