Rona in play $14.50 offer by lowes offer received on July 8 and rejected last week. Board wants to keep their jobs and lowes is still very interested. This can lead to a hostile bid. Management got away without disclosure earlier in the month. Feel sorry for shareholders who sold in last few weeks.
