Expect the wrath of the Obama Adminstration should Premier Marois hold to her original position that Rona is a strategic Quebec asset and not sellable to Lowes.
Expect no Quebec company to ever be able to acquire an American company from that day FORWARD.
My guess is that a deal will be achieved if Lowes was to take a second run at RONA.
