The Reset pref.

I can see via the financials that Rona comon would be languishing. Not much there to be excited about. However the company is not going down the tubes. That is why the current price of the resets (ron.pr.a) is confusing.why would they be trading at around $21? They pay now 6.2% with about 3 years to go, then you are back at $25. Am I missing something?????????????????/OK
