Are you serious? Roots is known to be a mid-tier player not a luxury apparal company.  They could make parkas and try selling it at $1200, but I highly doubt that anyone would buy it.  Why would people buy Roots parkas at your suggested price when people can buy Monclair, Canada Goose or other high end brands that caters to the luxury market?

Simply a silly idea to think that Roots should enter that market.
