Votes for the take-under deal were almost 212 million, those against 38 million. 84.8 % vs 15.2 %. The directors were all elected, the withold rate a little under 9 % mostly. So I was on the " ...more

Or thereabouts. The meeting is at 9:00 AM Pacific, another hour. I expect it'll get rubber-stamped (the deal), but I'll still be interested to see how the vote split.

Just had the pleasure of voting against the merger and withholding for all the directors. I was OK with Pricewaterhouse, so voted for their appointment.

I'm computing cost of about 6.52 per share of FSM with the conversion rate of .283 ROGFF @ $1.84 that's a delta of $0.30 right now. is the merger built into the FSM value if so, isn't the ...more

I had a 60% paper gain the day after the acquisition announcement and it's now down to 50%.   Unless they succeed in getting FVI's price back up, I'll be a firm no as I think ROXG ...more
