Sorry, my previous posting never worked (the beauty of the Stockhouse site)...what I was trying to say is that it can't be assumed the financing is a done deal like some posters have suggested...it is a bought deal yes but that does not mean the financing will proceed with the terms initially announced...if you read that release carefully you will see that there is a rather vague statement in there that it is subject to certain conditions but it does not elaborate...my concern is that with the current stock price significantly lower they will end up repricing the deal....hope I'm wrong anyhow it is supposed to close this coming week so we should know soon enough. GLTA
