The TRR offer does seem low (approx $86 per oz in the ground) but remember that it's a low grade deposit so overhead costs are a lot higher than with a high grade near surface deposit.  There are many variable involved in the factoring of the price per oz.  Some majors have paid very high premiums for certain deposits.

The aquisition is a good sign.  Majors need to replenish their resources and must acquire so as we see more juniors being bought it will help raise the sector on buyout speculations (juniors will deposits).  As we see more aquisitions, I think the price per oz will move up as well.
