There was a lot of bid support (about 700,000 shares bid above .70) and interest is high due to todays news so when they are done this will move up quickly. RVS is making a big mistake in selling their shares but they don't have a choice since its very hard for juniors to raise money in this market and they need money.
I think they are almost out of shares- the sooner the better!
