This is why I have been saying that ROG will eventually get bought out.

I have never seen a junior without an NI 43-101 with so much institutional ownership so I guess they saw the risk/reward ratio good enough to put money into it in this kind of maket. Institutions have strict guidlines on how much risk and many that play the juniors only invest in ones that have a good NI 43-101 and trade above a certain price, etc. The fact that they all bought into ROG speaks for itself.
