How about this scenario: The current management of Roxgold, realizing that there is no way they can win the vote, goes running into the arms of Semafo or some other major that has already shown an interest. That way they keep the project out of the hands of the Lennox - King gang and set themselves up with a golden parachute. Would be great for the stock.
