shares owned by new management

shares owned by new management

Difficult to assume a new management team that collectively owns less shares than most of us here individually.

New management owns 120K shares. King has a lot more skin in the game and that is what makes a huge difference for me. Hard to justify the fact that they dropped all the "out of the money" options but kept all the other ones. Too many errors pointing to the idea that they were more than a tad self-serving, and if this is their new and improved team, but they do not have more skin in the game than I do, then it is difficult for me to support them. Doesn't matter how long someone has been working in the jurisdiction if their past success does not at least give me hope for what I am looking for in future success.

I'm really struggling with this ownership issue because I don't like having more shares than management. What is their incentive to perform as opposed to my risk if they do not? I have to ask myself how they will find reward with so few shares? More options to come after a break-in period? The question has to be asked.

JMHO.

cheers,

vwig.
