RE:RE:RE:RE:Drill resultsThey can release value by splitting the properties but that's only if they sell off the mines to bigger entities that have cash and can finance. If they keep both which makes more sense, one mine pays for the other with no equity dilution for shareholdersn so why sell the mines/properties individially? The key is not to have the dilution. If you break them apart, how will you finance the new mine? Debt or equity financing.
The CEO has been on multiple interviews stating that they can build the new mine with no equity raise. That would be fantastic! Given some back of the napkin calcs, the financing will consist of cash on hand and some debt with a roughly 1.5 year payoff of the outstanding debt. Sounds like music to my ears. They will then be a 240K oz producer at roughly a $2K gold price.
AISC will be under $1000. Big fat margins. ROXG is a cash cown and will be moreso once they get the new mine operational. As I've always said, the management here is absolutely fantastic at finding gold and just as good at mining. What they lack is the telling of the ROXG story. So many smaller crappy companies have better press. ROXG tends to stay very quiet. The key is US and UK investors. Being on BNN commercials doesn't count.
Good luck folks! Looking for some great things over the course of the next year.
