Just as I thought this was starting to have some legs to run - mgmt taps out! Arrggh! 

I wouldn't normally be disappointed with such a jump in the stock price but in this case I think they are leaving much more value on the table. $40m breakup fee aside, mgmt and largest ROXG SH make up less than 20% of ownership. It will be interesting to see how other large investors view tranx. But having seen other smaller cos leave clear value on the table and take the short term premium (eg. PONY)... may have to accept it and move on.  Might feel better if I had a good handle on FVI. Back to the DD checklist to see if we keep riding this pony.
