I have been a Long Term holder (at times) and Seller. Entry points for capital appreciation are in the $4.50 - $5 (buy range) and sell in the $6- $6.50 range.
I am a big fan of this stock and its dividend, however it does not provide the double hammer of capial growth and the dividend. You need to manage that element to lock in your gains when the stock price appreciates.
GLTA, this is a great stock when you employ the above elements for a sleeper company like RSI.
With the rise on commodities for Sugar ( and the Taber harvest, which looks reaaly good!) we should see a spike soon as Price increases will happen and that will drive more profit for RSI going forward.
