I was wondering about insider reports.Does anyone know how long it is until insider trades are reported?.
Do they report their trades once a week or once a month ?
I suspect that Alan is screwing with the share price.
Although he is not a current director his past involvement with the company has allowed him to accumulate 10 % of the company with what some might call questionable practices.
His trades are pitiful . Soaking up all the gravy as he completes many multiple small trades.
knocking down the average shareholder.
This guy is no friend to Rupert .
You dont see Bill Gates or Bezos or Elon selling small lots like Alan.
Lets keep an eye on this old man and his manipulation.
