Negotiations ??I've asked this question before and nobody has taken it on. How can there be negotiations if RVX is playing the bidding game? There can be discussions about technologies and other details but there can be no negotiations because negotiations imply an agreement can be reached between both sides of the negotiations. There can be no agreement if a competing bid can negate the negotiations of an agreement.
The words "negotiations" and "offer" have very specific meanings. Ask RVX all you want about negotiations or offers. You won't get a real answer.
And if you are a pharma assessing RVX's value, are you going to be discussing with RVX or any other company what you think that value might be?
This is going to come like a bolt out of the blue, just like it did for Esperion.
