RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ZenithTorpedoman, wow, thank you for this background. I'm really getting educated and this helps with the puzzle along with all of the valuable posts today.

I for one am very pleased with this announcement because it proves me wrong on many of the concerns I have raised over the past month i.e. they are moving forward agressively and have outstanding benchstrength at the scientific and capital markets level.

It hope that the small share holders are treated with fairness and that, for example, the insiders don't gang up and offer us some low ball offer, then take complete control while they package up the spin offs for the various IPOs. I'm hoping little guys like me can ride along and benefit in a fair manner.
