RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RVX - EVENTS/WEBCASTS section updated...SanFran...wow. Thanks for these perspectives...extremely valuable to me. I'm glad you are in a communication loop that helps with your insight.
I can only judge from posts on this site and my experience, so I'm glad you are in the loop.
It was me that came to the conclusion that the office colsolidation was a cost cutting measure to buy time. I thought they were just shutting one office and moving into some low cost consolidation. Thanks for the picture because it changes my perspective significantly and it does look like investment. The fact that it is within a neighbourhood of other office towers and near residential areas suggests they are
doing this to create a pleasant work environment while addressing the lifestyle quality of their employees...what a great corporate attitude and a long term view. It suggests their are legs in this. The RVX & Zenith businesses are not suited for downtown Calgary.
Your idea of someone from Calgary visiting the offices and posting flicks is excellent as is Kelsee's idea for their website but as you've said before, when I mentioned my frustrations with lack of PR, they are limited in resourses. Of course the flip side of that is that great PR could support the share price...
which is irrelavant if Don is well into cutting a deal. I'm bouncing back and forth like a ping pong ball and yet I'm hopeful given the patents, intellectual capital and successful results. I need to forget about the short term share price other than picking up a few more shares.
Regarding spinco, I too was extremely pleased with this move in March 2013 because:
- It was going to maximize the impact of rvx-208.
- It would protect the Zenith assets and the funding for Zenith research would flow from RVX.
- And then a Zenith IPO would occur (last fall).
I thought I would be rich!!! Oh well, that's life and the future looks very promising and those IPOs of private sale will happen!
Clearly, this is an ongoing business.
Thanks as always for the perspectives.
Cheers
