Interesting. From my perspective I don't really care too much about insider control. And, if there are lot's of family and friends in there then Don better get performing.
What I do care about is action and we are not getting any other than the diabetes trial that is ongoing. They don't even have the decency to communicate with us. Does anyone have an inside contact or a friend that has an inside contact so we could get some information.
I'm really surprised that there are no rumours within the scientific or investment communities. Everything is silent and that makes me wonder. If they are negotiating then someone would get hints about it unless they are brilliant about keeping secrets.
Your point about KD got me thinking that perhaps KD has changed his mind regarding RVX and in fact he may not be in agreement with Don's direction, although, if I remember correctly Eastern and NGN did put money into Zenith. I'm just thinking that there may be a roadblock that relates to the RVX side of things. Given that KD also has to cover the line of credit he must be motivated to get some action. Perhaps we will see a new board and perhaps Don will be replaced. I'm sure Eastern wants a good ROI out it's investment.
I also wonder why Higgins resigned from the board. I recognize his role was to guide the spinco formation but he would be on the board if he saw there was something there for Blackrock(stone).
Anyway, just rambling. I remain in the dark but hopeful. It's been 11 months!!!
