The million dollar question is why have we not had a news release on the cancellation?postponment of the AGM,  What to do you think the share price would do if all of a sudden we get a NR from management say we have rescheduled our AGM in light of new  exciting business development that we are currently finalizing that would require new voting ,........   They have not to this point released a NR which means to me is negotiations are still ongoing and they can not do NR as of yet
