Not 100% sure about that, The blackout period if indeed there was one may have ended a week ago, or longer . Who knows,??? Someone wants shares and contines to buy up whats available,

I think the next license deal needs to be at or higher than the last Hepalink license deal, This time may not have an equity component to it, Just upront cash for the license......
