slightly OT, but relevant - mature leadership

looking at todays news, TWITTER CEO to step down:

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/twitter-jack-dorsey-ceo-step-down-150532889.html
bolding below is mine:

Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey has resigned from the company and CTO Parag Agrawal has replaced him as chief executive, effective immediately. CNBC first reported on Dorsey's departure.

"I've decided to leave Twitter because I believe the company is ready to move on from its founders," Dorsey said in a statement. "My trust in Parag as Twitter's CEO is deep. His work over the past 10 years has been transformational. I'm deeply grateful for his skill, heart, and soul. It's his time to lead." Dorsey plans to remain on Twitter's board for the next six months or so to help with the transition before fully departing the company.

---end of quote

see, a real leader decided it was time to move on!  why can't our leadership do the same?  isnt it beyond time for the entire management to move along little doggie?

it surely can't be healthy to continually operate under such an excited state!  how can you be excited allllllllll the time!?!?  what's there to be excited about anyways?  you're a lying sack of !@#$% if you're excited all the time and the net result is -20%, -30% - 40% week after week after month!  at what point do you admit defeat and come clean?

another monday of complete silence.... are we dead in the water yet again cause of a new variant?  are we tweaking the trial YET AGAIN, u know, saving "hundreds of thousands w/ unnecessary tests? that might introduce another delay of a week or 2"

with all that excitement, how does DM keep from burning out?!  redlined allllll the time? dont go and cause a heart attack or stroke cause you're so amped up all the time.  constantly.  excited excited excited!

funding to be announced "shortly"
trial to start 'imminenetly", "soon"
"fast and cheap"
"by the end of the year"
