RE:Management Information Circular Released Last NightA couple of points from this:
- David Pathe's STI was set at 100%? Is this a joke? The guy gave himself a 100% pat on the back? Unbelievable.
- Page 62 - This clearly shows how terrible the stock is performing.
- I also like the comparison tables of other mining companies. S is always in the lowest percentile. Time to start real comparisons, i.e small cap stocks.
Also does David Pathe get his CEO package on top of the Director / Chair fees?
