I disagree with it happening soon. Which is the unofrtunate part. In times of crisis, management is at least forced to make tough decisions (downsize and move the office, cut cut cut).

In this case, they have enough cash to keep the ship sailing (with leaks) for a long time. Which is extremely painful to watch. Death by a thousand cuts!
