SHERRITT has to file for CH.11 BANKRUPTCY ProtectionStock price says it all!!! All time lows now, nickel has traded under $5 in the past, actually many times, but sherritt has never sunk so low. The obvious pursuit has finally arrived. The writing is all over the wall.....let's look back at 2018 for this poorly managed bankrupt company. Our mgmt team but to much focus on reducing debt, they did reduce it but at the expense of shareholders for one, they did it by reducing the size of this company to a now "small miner" and by diluting existing shareholders aggressively. Judging by the all time share price, mgmt failed bad, once again & funny part is we still have a mountain of debt but such small asset base now. Mgmt never did address it huge spending addiction, it's to late now but over spending never ends well.....no growth story, block 10, who cares now!!!!! Ambatovy?? Why are we still in ambatovy??? What pathe will have to do now is file ch11, rework something creative with bond holders by wipping out current shareholders & giving the equity to the cpany to bondholders in exchange for debt getting deleted or most of it!!! Then once they get a nice new lean balance sheet they can emerge out of ch.11 & actually be something special. Unfortunately for losers like contrarian333, knoesbest, bbdtrainster, oceaneleven they will be deleted of the map....... Judging by it terrible stock price D.pathe now knows he has failed so I expect ch11 filing this week. Nickel prices will remain weak for existing period of time, so stock will deteriorate to nothing. David PATHE and his team of fools know this now, & maybe that why they never bought any stock with this over leveraged disgrace of a company. Since nickel prices are forecasted to go lower, ongoing trade disputes, and sherritt drowning in debt. Its perfect timing to clean this company finances and get it all ready for the next bull-run in nickel market whenever that arrives. At the current state of sherritt at the moment, it's pretty much toast!!! They have no choice but to start over, and in ch.11 bankruptcy not only will they clean up there balance sheet and give them a real chance but it's the only way they can dump.ambatovy clean & free and get that junk of there backs for good. As you see w/o and bankruptcy protection, it will be impossible to dump anbotivy of there backs. That dummies project has and will continue to suck up a ton of money. Ch11 is what makes sense, I expect them to file by Friday!!!
