RE:RE:Risk VS reward Fed X is well connected to S You could be right "ROCK" sherritt could go down to a dime or to zippo, all I know they need to sack Andrew/pathe and the rest of them.....since pathe took over the crown at sherritt in 2012, its stock price has dropped over 90percent, & he is still in charge, lol !!!!!! What a joke.... I don't know what else to say, even higher nickel prices isn't doing squat here!!!!!! In my honest educated opinion from the nickel business only standpoint ........when you factor in all obligations from its fair share side of nickel biz incl yearly capex/tailings/moa & ambatovy cut of interest expenses of there share of total debt/percentage of corporate expenditure incl salaries of its fair share of its yearly totals.....basically what I'm trying to say is if sherritt would spinoff it's moa/madasgar biz into a seperatetely traded company on the tsx, then the true nickel break even price would be $7.00 per pound the way sherritt spends money. But as of today nickel is fetching $5.83 so a clear loss....And since cobalt continues to stink, the credits from cobalt won't be there pushing breakeven even higher....guys like contrarian333 should break down sherritt's business seperatetely operational and see how they would compete out there.....for sherritt when you factor in tailings, $10mil to ambatovy, $75mil in capex and it's cut in interest expenses plus cost to get nickel out of the ground it's a very costly producer. You have to remember sherritt only produces about 50mil pound of nickel annually. In my opinion after paying all obligations, sheritt is under water.... They need $8+++ nickel(good luck) or a huge block10 blockbuster hit(hail Mary) to make money here......it's a big gamble, good luck. Usually gambling is a suckers bet....but I must say, they are still holding onto block10 for dear life, there must be a real valid reason or positive signs why they are still putting effort there??? Who knows , pathe is a bird anyway. Hard to.tell what the heck is really going on here & that my friend is a big problem in the stock market. Nobody likes uncertainty and uncertainty is sherritt's middle name
