That business is so small now that it's a loosing cause....last quarter alone it bleed $9mil and more natural production declines to happen going forward so expect that division to destroy more cash to the point at $5.65 nickel/$15.76 cobalt this play is cash flow negative even with the elevated production numbers count coming out of moa. If there a slight hiccup then add to the losses......these morons are done. They are cash flow/ebita negative. Bond holders will never flip the debt over here, mgmt knows that, the street knows that, that's why the stock is sinking & will continue to sink deeper. Mgmt cannot wait to reorganize this piece of $hit that they have created the day the debt is due. They got 2 years before that is reality. If nothing is done those 2 years starting now will be deadly and toxic massive cash burnout. If they start today they can conserve cash, clean up its debt, lean out its operations and debtholders have a chance to recover some or most of there principle when due. Pressure is on now, not 2021.....David Pathe will either do a massive dilution very soon before it's to late or do the right thing and file for bankruptcy protection and reorganize SHERRITT intl and get a better debt deal, clean up its books and emerge out of bankruptcy protection so that way all the toxicity if out of the books and SHERRITT will be cashflow positive and profitable at $5.65 nickel and $15.76 cobalt. In bankruptcy it becomes alot easier to break away from bad leases, lousy agreements and debt forgiveness plus you can shed the fat easier and emerge out of bankruptcy stronger and leaner. Unfortunately current shareholders will be wiped and bondholders will be the new equity stakeholders and hold the new debt arrangement agreement at better and reduced terms along with "new SHERRITT shares" on the backs of current shareholders...... SHERRITT is toast. Look at the stock price. It's over, all time lows!!! SHERRITT never traded this low ever !!! not even a few years ago at $4nickel, $12cobalt and $2.1bil debt on its book.....
