RE:Hey ContrarianIt would be unusual but in this upside down world anything is possible. The "no" votes peviously claimed to have the support of $264m of noteholders but as of Friday only about $114m "no" votes were recorded. Today they claim that two large holders votes were not yet reported by their custodians to the Company. This implies two holders of an approximate aggregate $150m in bonds. To the best of my knowledge there were no longer any holders with this kind of size. So something doesn't quite add up but we shall see shortly. Incremental "no" votes of $150m without any further "yes" votes would defeat the proposal - if they in fact exist. Hard to know what today's battling press releases will do in terms of turning votes one way or the other. I guess stay tuned.
