RE:RE:HELLOOO??

RE:RE:HELLOOO??Has anyone had a look at Note 18 of the 2021 Annual Report (pages 108 and 109)?  "Share based Compensation Plans", more sepcifically Cash-settled share-based compensation plans.
Between RSUs, PSUs and DSUs there appear to be 66 million plus of the RSUs and PSUs outstanding which settle for cash. There are also 4 million plus DSus outstanding which also settle for cash. I am sure there is more leverage for the employees (stock options). This stuff is way beyond my pay grade, so if anyone can explain how this is a good thing for the shareholders (who have actual capital at risk) I would love to hear it. Where is the shareholders leverage?
