RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE: They are at the mercy of Cubans even for Moa $ ???My mom went to the Sinai peninsula in 1990 traveling through the Gaza strip. Along the way her tour group was approached by a lot of children asking for money so she handed them some Canadian currency. The children looked at it, returned it and asked for U.S. currency. I know when Castro (not trudeau Castro) was alive he would not cash in the annual cheque from the U. S. for their naval base at Guantanamo- some ridiculous amount like $4,000 a year if I recall. Not sure if Cuba still refuses to cash it.
