contrarion is, in my opinion, the single most objective source of accurate information on this board. We can have respectful dialogue without always agreeing.
i respectfully disagree with your "disregard contrarion unless he makes sense" comment. I would rather hear all sides of the discussion, rather than simply the positive. On that note, I may agree with you that Cuba is doing/trying to do many things (vaccines, health care, cigars, etc), but I wouldn't say that Cuba is "shining" at this time. Not by a long shot. Does this impact S's ability to mine and collect payment for its metals? No. In that regard, I am hopeful for the future of the company.
