Or nickel prices could fall as have cobalt prices, and the JV can only distribute a minimal amount of dividends. Commodity prices rise and fall. The cobalt dividend (the same as cash dividends) is completely discretionary.

I'm not aging this is going to happen, all I'm trying to do is correct the false assumption that Sherritt is guaranteed X amount of cobalt.
