RE:RE:RE:Well we saved $7milJust read Note 17. I agree with you. The company went out of its way to make a terrrible deicision more confusing and more opaque for shareholders.
The payout will be outrageous even if S pushed its shareprice down this month and saved $7M. Lapthorne and the directors who approved the package need to be held to account. I will be withholding my votes if they're still on board when proxies are mailed out.
Current management doesn't get a pass even though they weren't part of the compensation package (though it's likely the CFO will be getting $$$ since she was around 3 years ago) for not being transparent.
