I don't believe they have our values in growing the corporation into something more . I cannot speak for these new common shareholders but whatever these bond holders have done to us is also criminal

Bond covenants are destroying common in the pressing machine. Management needs to be able to buy common shares. Afterall they bought back 150$ million of bonds and the covenant restrictions have stopped management from giving an issuer bid on common shares once again. This gives the current bondholders plenty of time to transition bonds into common share purchases. This is my feelings.
