Incidently only one copper smelter in Canada : Horne in Rouyn-Noranda.
Note that the Quebec governemnt is spending 88 million to buy out and destroy homes aroung the smelter because of the arsenic pollution.  (Who has a process to reduce arsenic pollution ?)

And we want to reshore battery metals out of China.  What are the chances of building a new refinery/smelter in Canada ?    So our plant is worth much more that the current market cap of Sherritt.  Much more.   This more than offsett the Cuban risk and provide investors with a margin of safety.

The fort site refinery is 50% owned by the communist cuban government. No future there under the status quo
