Not sure why you wrote "The dollar amounts paid were for the 2020 RSUs & Psus for the old management at 24.4$ million dollars. One time event."

Sincerely wondering why you highlighted that it was a known One time Event. If R an P Sus are issued annually, then won't there be a similar annual/ongoing expense moving forward?

A heck of a lot of RSUs and PSUs are being issued this year. DEfinitely $millions. Unless I am not understanding something they will come close to the $24 mill paid out last year.
