RE:RE:RE:RE:Clearwater Capital Management, Inc.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Clearwater Capital Management, Inc.I was thinking about this myself, just today.

I'm convinced they're looking for a takeover bid at pennies on the dollar, and a quick buck.  They pony up enough cash thereafter to buy-off anyone who says they have a claim on the original assets.  That gets them the Biden Admin. finagling some kind of exemption from Helms-Burton (hell, the whole embargo is now the longest in history already) in the name of the Inflation Act / Strategic Material Whatever-Whatever.

Voila, Sherritt pops.

Not that it would last.  I think they would be torn asunder thereafter for their underlying value.  Woe be anyone employed at Fort Sask.  They're surplussed in a heartbeat.

My biggest doubt is Sherrit ever breaks $1 a share in all of that, before disappearing, for ever.
