RE:RE:RE:RE:Sc2 if you are listening: (which we know you are)Maybe they have been buying up some and that's why the stock has been relatively flat recently.. is it possible to know how many shares they own at present? Would they have to disclose that before buying the 21M? I guess the portion they are buying is less than 5% of the available stock so it's not necessarily going to put them over that 10% at which point they would be required to disclose.
Either way it's a indicator that there's people out there with money that see value so not all hope is lost.
