All of that means nothing without the proxies though.
Their latest press release is an interesting read that the board is actively blocking this and not following their own bylaws. It's not a good look for the company( as if there needed to be more evidence.
I fully expect SC2 to get the proxies and Sherritt to welcome Mark to the board. The really firework will start for him. If the current board is willing to break their own bylaws, I wonder what else they are willing to break.
