Does anyone know why the price of the renegotiated Bonds continue to trade at such a large discount?

The company seems to be doing better these days

Purely speculation on my part but until sherritt starts paying down significant amounts of debt and Cuban receivables start getting payed off buyers of the bonds may be in more of a wait and see/show me the money mood regarding sherritt.
