Price plummets... Stock Rises

The LME ain't the only manipulators 'round town.

Haha the price has not plummeted . It's still $15.60 which is well above $11.00 were it was at a few weeks ago and it started the year around $10.00. Don't be surprised if the price goes back to $8.00 or $9.00.Stop gas lighting cheers

LME Ni closed at $41,945/MT which is U$19.02/LB which is C$24.16 which is likely double what they averaged in the 1Q22.  I don't think there is ever an reason fro this stock to go up or down.  Surely not Fundamentals!

And btw, Cobalt is still at U$82,000/MT and Fertilizer is on fire.  Both of these will have huge impact on NDCC and overwhelm any rise in sulphur and diesel.   Don't forget, S does not sell Ni on the LME..they sell to commercial buyers directly.  That price is negotiated and has price escalation clauses embedded in the contract.  Same with Cobalt and Fertilizer.   ...more

These comments echo those made by Contrarian333 on this Board months ago.  In fact, I believe he even published how he was calculating free cash flow at the time and showed it at different nickel price levels.  While he didn't propose a target price, you could simply apply a reasonable multiple and arrive at a $6-8 share price without to much trouble.
