I am not sure that this is true.  Given we are in Cold War II now, US will want to preempt Russia/China from getting into Cuba firther.  AND Biden needs the flow of imigrants to slow down as well.

They will have to manage Cuba at some point but at the moment they do have bigger fish to fry.  IMO Cuba will have 1 of 3 options: 1) The USA makes up with Cuba and normalize relations, 2) The USA tightens the noose around Cuba to squeeze out the Ruskies and Chinese to force their starving people with a failed economy to revolt against Cuba's Communists, or 3) The USA will just invade ...more
