ANOTHER DROP IN NICKEL PRICES...MAY-DAY MAY-DAY MAY-DAY

Man, another drop.  When will it stop?

The chart below....soon to be below water for Sherritt's profits.  By mining and processing a product that costs more to produce than to sell is not a good prospect for profitability.

Three years ago, almost to the day (the 29th of November 2020), Sherritt was at these prices.  In that case it was on the ascendency.  It's now plumbing the depths of where to hit bottom, again. I'd say the pump-and-dumpers are in their end game at the moment and cleared the decks back a couple of weeks ago, opened the bilges and shut off the pumps.  I'd look for it to ...more

I really disagree with you on this VerificateASAP.  I don't believe Sanguinity is spreading any fear, nor am I for that matter.  We are identifying, quite easily, that there is risk in this stock. 1) Sherritt has embarked on an expansion program and is financing it internally, 2) There is a glut of nickel on the market and by adding capacity they're going to increase that supply ...more

If there is any fear being spread, it is in the hearts of portolios ever declining value due to Sherritt.  These numbers are back to what they were three years ago. And Sherritt is still headed down further. Zero capital appreciation in the face of what, say a 20% decline in the purchasing power of said funds in that time?   (talkin' real inflation and not the jiggery-pokery ...more

this is the part that really kills me. When I began reading about impending surpluses 6 months ago, I thought to myself  "OK, maybe we're going to head down to maybe $6.50 as a Nickel price".  And I am likely to be approximately right in that regard. However, the second part of my thought process was "we are insulated to prices at that level and above."  I ...more

Yup...but they are capable of paying themselves bonuses when they move the stock from $0.10 to $0.50. It seems like the company is being used like a personal piggy bank. What a disaster this Sherritt investment continues to be. How anyone who believes in a higher power could have the conscience to promote it is beyond me.

rkhosla / all... just 2 questions (that were probably discussed and answered long before I showed up here) as to why S did not perform better in the past when Ni was higher as well as currently: 1) Revenue- how much more rev would S have made if their production hit target/did not slip, and they were then able to sell the same higher % of their production as in the past (when demand was a bit ...more

There was a time not so long ago, 3ish years, when nickel stocks were around 400000t and nickel prices were under $5. How is it that supply and demand do not follow nickel prices? What is the supply now, 40000t or less and price at $6ish? The bonuses Will continue, costs will increase and the sp will continue to fall. The sooner it goes to $.10 the sooner you can buy back in and drive it to $.60 ...more
