Not to pour cold water on this, however, the Canadian government is entirely incapable of doing anything remotely effective for the country at present.  It is mildly corrupt - not 3rd world corrupt, but it sure seems like it doesn't mind if it is headed that way.  It's last eight years have shown that economic issues are far down its list of priorities.  They will ...more

Let's hope that grip on power is fleeting in Canada!   Of course news that Ni prices are rising is always a positive however, I've been down that temporary road before.  The odds are stacked against Ni prices maintaining that high.  I would say it has more to do with a declining USD.  Hence gold is also up today.  With declining economies globally, I ...more

Don't we all.  Unfortunately, although the Conservatives have won the popular vote in the past two elections, a cabal of left-wing parties have cobbled together a greater number of parliamentary seats and cling to that power like a dog to a t-bone.
