i have great long term faith....

But who in their right mind is paying $.36 for this turd under present circumstances???  Are they in it for the big rise of one penny to .37?  I think this is defying logic a bit at the moment. I really don't get it. I mean me, I think the intrinsic value at the moment is somewhere closer to $.50. But the markets not gonna give us that price until we have like 4 quarters of solid earnings under our belt. And that's gonna take at least a year or two.  And then from that point we can go much higher. But given the track record, I'm pretty surprised at the enthusiasm with which this little tiny tender has been met.

Recall the little spike when Clearwater disclosed their holdings? It did not last. And they, as far as I can tell, are an established deep value investor w history (a long one) of success.

This feels more like market manipulation on a thinly traded share.  In a manner, why would SC2 be willing to over pay for our beloved Sherritt?  The market seems to believe they will, but not "over believe".  I'd take the gain and jump frankly.

I bailed out long ago and only hold a meagre handful of shares that didn't trade that day.  It would cost about as much to sell as keep and let ride to the bottom at this point.
